"Was on the fence on even calling the office because I had a difficult situation with my insurance. And I feel like you call once insurance company and you get harassed for life. Well, I had the pleasure of speaking to Glenda. She was patient and worked with me and multiple phone calls and emails. She even emailed the DMV my documents just in case I couldn't print out. "I called this morning to do an Insurance change for a mutual customer and Jessica answered the phone. She got right to it, Name of mutual customer, Vin, Date effective, and Lien holder info. She was very nice and attentive, I had the cards and binder within 7 minutes of hanging up. I wish ALL Insurance Agents were as courteous and professional as Jessica. GREAT JOB !! IF you have some business cards I'd be more than happy to call you for quotes as i do about 40 cars a month.
